Simple Tomato Chutney - for Vada/Dosa/crepes
1 Tomato (large)
3 mint leaves
Ginger piece (as per taste)
Chop tomatoes, add mint leaves, chilly, crushed ginger ( I have used 1 tb. spoon) and blend them with as little water as possible. Add salt to taste.
Good to eat with Vada, Dosa or any kind of fritters and crepes. Can also eat with bread sticks.
